Shanda was so helpful when it came to planning our honeymoon! It was so nice having a helping hand through the craziness of wedding planning and knowing she was handling the honeymoon side of things. We were able to tell her what we were looking for with a budget and she found it! She was so detailed, great about checking in on the trip and leading up to it, made sure we had what we needed and was able to answer all of our questions. The resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico was beautiful and everyone took such great care of us too. This was our very first time out of the country and it’s amazing how simple it all was with no hiccups along the way. I highly recommend working with Shanda when planning your next trip - you won’t be disappointed

I've known Shanda personally for over 15 years and recently learned that she was a Cruise Planner. We contacted her for our MSC cruise that we took in January 2018. She was phenomenal!! Gave us comparisons between all different cabin/onboard package options. Coordinated our booking and cabin location to get us across the hall from our other 13 friends and family members. She was relentless ;) in making sure we checked in early with MSC so that we didn't run into any problems, and when there was a question raised as to an additional balance due, she worked with MSC to clear up the erroneous balance. She did our ShoreTrips excursion bookings and even assisted us while we were AT SEA (had a cancelled excursion due to weather) in securing a refund for the cancelled excursion. As an airline employee, I recognize great customer service and Shanda is great! I highly recommend utilizing her expertise when it's time to book your next (or first) cruise! Shanda helped us plan our Jamaican honeymoon earlier this month, she made everything so simple and stress free! A buddy and I were talking one night last september about travel and adventure. We kept arriving back at Cuba as being the place we wanted to go. On a whim, I contacted Shanda and she worked with us to design an awesome adventure! I admit we were challenging, but every time she would go back to the drawing board and come back to us with new and better ideas.
